We reworked and reimagined Avaia’s website to bring structure, clarity, and brand cohesion to a product rooted in science, wellness, and everyday ease.

Avaia came to us with a strong product, a distinct point of difference from its competitors, and packaging that already set a timeless tone. But the website was not doing the brand justice. The experience felt visually scattered, hard to navigate, and unclear in its messaging, making it harder for users to understand the product or move confidently toward purchase.
Our goal was to create a digital experience that felt as clean, polished, and purposeful as Avaia itself.
The Challenge
Avaia had grand visions of their product occupying a unique space at the intersection of protein, gut health, and daily wellness support, but this meant the website still had a lot it needed to convey. We had to include multiple benefits, a science-forward formula, and a growing list of differentiators, which created a messaging challenge: how do you explain something so innovative without overwhelming the user?
